  I have been in this facility twice in the last week. Both times there were at least 25 people or more in line. Today, the line was actually outside of the building. One of the workers walked out to lunch while the line was out the door. What other business can walk away while customers are in the store? This is a great example of what happens when there is a monopoly on a type of service. There is no incentive on their part to be more efficient because they have the government contract locked up. There has to be a better way.

  been using this office for twenty couple years now. They know their stuff. Lines might be long on certain days and times, but they move pretty quick.

  I was in and out in less than 5 minutes, 3 people were ahead of me in line too. I needed new plates for my cargo and boat trailers. Very efficient, friendly enough for people that work in a generally thankless job. I only marked as a 4 star due to I wish these places felt more clean, and cared for. I don't know why N.C. Tag offices are always so run down feeling.
